1 dozen fresh ears of corn
1 large onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn kernels off of the corn cob, scrape the corn milk off the cobb also.

Heat oil in a large pan, adding the corn after it's hot, stirring for about one minute.

Then add the onion, bell pepper and tomatoes into the corn, stirring for another minute. Add water and let ingredients cook slowly over low-medium heat for 30 minutes.

I use canned Rotel tomatoes in place of the tomatoes, which gives it a spicier flavor.
