1 lb. Beef (ground)
1 1/2 C. Onion
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
3 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Bisquick mix
1 1/2 C. Milk
1 tomato (chopped or sliced)
1 C. Cheese (shredded)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion, drain. Add salt and pepper, spread in pie plate. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs, until smooth. Pour in pie plate over beef mixture. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese, Bake 5 more minutes or until dough is done.
