Ingredients:  
1/4 c. nuts to put on bottom of pan
Mix:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 pkg. yellow vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. dark rum
4 eggs - 1 at a time

Have ready for sauce: 1/4 lb. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water

Directions:
Grease bundt or angel food cake pan well. Sprinkle with sugar. Put chopped nuts on bottom.
Mix cake ingredients and pour into pan.
Bake 325º 1 hr.
Let cake stand 10-15 minutes.
Make sauce: 1/4 lb. butter, 1 c. sugar. 1/4 c. water - bring to boil for 1 minute
Pour over top of cake while sauce is hot.

Cool cake in pan and take out of pan when cool.
