8 sliced potatoes
1 small white, yellow and red potato, sliced
1 green or red bell pepper, sliced
4 jalapenos, diced
1 t. celery salt
1 t. Lowerys seasoned salt
1 stick of butter, sliced
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine 1st four ingredients in large bowl. Add both salts and toss to combine. Pour onto heavy duty foil. Layer with the cheese and butter. Place on grill over medium heat for 50-60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

I dice the potatoes and par-boil them. I dice the onions and peppers and mix all ingredients together and put in a foil pan and bake for 30 minutes, adding more cheese on top at the end. You can add bacon and I serve it with sour cream.
