3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/2 red pepper, finely minced
500 g ground beef
1/4 c soy sauce
1 TB Asian chili sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
SERVING:
1 head Bibb (or butter) lettuce, separated into leaves
Shredded carrot & cucumber
Chopped cilantro
Lime wedges
Hoisin sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, ginger, pepper, & beef until cooked (8 minutes). Add soy sauce & chili sauce and simmer 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.

Serve by spooning beef into lettuce cups and topping as desired.
