1/4 c buttere
4 tbsp. flour
1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat
1 pint half and half
1 pint milk, more if needed
4 tsp Old Bay seasoning

2 c diced, boiled potatoes
2 small cans crisp white corn, or 1 bag frozen corn
salt and pepper to taste.

Combine butter and flour in saucepan. Cook till butter is melted and flour is incorporated - 2-3 minutes.

Add milks, stirring constantly. Add old bay seasoning, potatoes, salt and pepper.

Simmer till potatoes and corn till heated through..

Add crabmeat, being sure not to break up lumps. Heat through. Better served the next day.
