2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups milk (divided)
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan cook, rice, salt and 1 1/2 cup milk until thick and bubbly. Add 1/2 cup milk, beaten egg and sugar. Cook until set (about 5 mins). Turn off heat and add vanilla. (You can add 1 tbs of butter in the 1st step if you'd like). Pour into a bowl to cool. Place plastic wrap over top to prevent a skin forming. Once cooled...dig in!!
