1 large head of broccoli
1/4 cup of bacon bits
1 small red onion
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup cashew halves
1 cup mayo
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain the broccoli. Cut into small florets. Combine mayo, sugar, vinegar stirring until well blended. Combine broccoli, bacon bits, onion and raisins in a large bowl. Toss with mayo dressing. Chill for several hours or overnight.
