"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 small bottle Wish Bone Robusto Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
The night before you are planning to make the chicken, trim the breasts of any skin, fat, etc.

Place the breasts in a Ziploc bag and add about 1/3 of a bottle of the Italian dressing to bag, enough to coat the breasts. Place in refridgerator and allow chicken to marinate overnight (if you go in fridge, move the bag around a bit to allow all sides of the chicken to get marinated).

Remove chicken from bag, discard any excess marinade, and cook the chicken on the grill over LOW heat. The trick is to grill on low so that the middle is cooked and the outside is browned but not burnt. Make sure chicken is completely white all the way through the thickest part of the breast, there should be no pink if it is completely cooked (you have to slice into breasts at middle to check if they are done).

Slice chicken into thin slices to use for dinner and serve with rice and vegetable. Can also make extra to use in wraps, salads, or sandwiches later in the week.

You can also cook this indoors if it is too cold to grill out. Instead of putting on grill, place breasts in large skillet and add some of the marinade to the skillet to cover bottom of pan.

Cook over low heat until breasts are no longer pink in center. The outside of the breasts should be a dark golden brown color. You can add more salad dressing from bottle while cooking if you need to add more liquid.
