5 T. EVOO
1 1/2 t. minced garlic
3 T. chopped, fresh Italian Parsley
S & P
1 Boboli Pizza Crust
2 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
5 T. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 13.75-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 pint Grape Tomatoes, halved
2 c. chopped Baby Spinach (2 oz.)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

Combine EVOO, garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper.

Spread 3 T. of the garlic mixture on top of the boboli, sprinkle with Mozzarella and 2 T. of the Parmesan.

Toss the artichokes, tomatoes and spinach with the remaining garlic mixture and arrange on top.

Bake until crisp, 18-20 minutes.
