1 c whole wheat flour
1 T sugar
1 T salt
3/4 c dry mustard (6oz) powered
1 1/2 c cider vinegar
1 small onion, chopped fine

Directions:

Mix all together in a 4 c container. Let rest on counter for 5 days. Stir each day. Then refrigerate.
