1/4 cup butter, melted
1 box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp onion powder
4 ounces Muenster cheese, ripped into small pieces or shredded
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:

In a large bow, mix all ingredients together until fully incorporated.

Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to cook.

Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

Place spinach balls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

FREEZING TIP:
1. Place on a baking sheet and freeze for about an hour.
2. Place into freezer bags until ready to use.
3. Thaw for 20 minutes, then cook as directed
