Thin sliced steak ( 3 average sized)
2 large & 1 small can whole tomatoes - with seasoning is okay
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to crock pot, cook on low overnight for a noon meal. Serve over rice.

NOTE: I can my own salsa and will use this instead of the tomatoes, onion & green pepper. I add 1 qt. salsa for this recipe and all the seasoning is there.
