1 small bag pretzels
3 T. sugar
3/4 c. margarine
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 - 3 oz. Strawberry Jello
1 qt. Strawberries or Fruit of your choice (you just need to change Jello flavor)

Crush pretzels, blend in margarine and sugar. Press in to 9 x 13 pan. Bake in 400º oven until golden brown.
Cream: cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over top of slightly cooled pretzel crust. Prepare jello, let cool a little then add fruit. Spread this on top Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate. NOTE: This also makes a light dessert!

I don't have a food processor to crush the pretzels, which is difficult to do, so I put them in a zip lock bag inside a paper bag and drive over them with my car tire! Sounds weird, but it really does a great job, fast!
