1 T. olive oil
1 diced onion
3 cloves garlic
1 yellow pepper, seeded and chopped
1 can mild green chilies
1 jalapeņo chile, seeded and diced
1 can cream style corn
2 cups whole milk
1 can Northern White Beans
1 cup chicken broth
1 lime, squeezed with zest
1 T. Plus 1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Rotisserie chicken, shredded with drippings
1 1/2 cups Kerrygold Irish cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, add oil, onion, garlic, pepper and jalapeņo.
Stir over high heat 3-4 minutes or until onion is limp.
Add lime, cumin, chili powder, cloves, corn, beans, green chilies, milk, & broth.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in cheese and chicken. Add salt and pepper.
Heat to warm.
Serve with cheese, chopped green onions and sour cream.
