1 1/2 c vegetable oil
2 c sugar
3 eggs
3 c flour
1 tbsp salt
3 c chopped apples
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 (6 oz) pkg butterscotch chips
1 1/2 c chopped walnuts
Topping: 1 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter
1/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, vegetable oil mix well;add vanilla/ beat in eggs.
Dry mixture; Combine flour, soda and salt - blend - add to sugar mixture above
Add apples, butterscotch chips & nuts
mix well - heavy mixture!
Bake in greased/floured sheet cake pan or tube pan 350 degrees 1 1/2 hour

COOK topping - (MIX ON STOVE - HEAT UNTIL BROWN SUGAR MELTED)
When cake is done poke holes all over cake and spoon topping all over cake
let set 3 hours prior to serving
