750ml Everclear
8 oz peach schnapps
2 (64 oz) bottles of apple-peach juice
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
Sliced peaches
Cinnamon sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Bring juice to a boil with the sugars, cinnamon sticks, and peaches. Reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature. DO NOT add alcohol until the juice mixture is cooled. Add in schnapps and Everclear TO TASTE (about 3/4 of bottle). Remove peaches and cinnamon sticks. Strain sediment and pour into mason jars. Refrigerate.

It does not taste good if an entire bottle of Everclear is used.
Peaches can be added back to drink after straining.
