4 1/2 C. cooked rice (1 1/2 C. uncooked)
1 T. parsley
1 1/2 C. (about 8 oz.) cubed cooked chicken
2 Cans (1 Lb. each) cut green beans, drained (or 2 9-oz.pkgs.frozen, cooked
and drained)
3/4 C. milk
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8 x 12-inch baking dish. With spoon, press rice up sides and over bottom to form crust.
Combine chicken, beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can fried onions; spoon into rice crust.
Bake, COVERED, at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake, UN-covered, 5 minutes longer.
