Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 - 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened
1 small bunch of green onions
1/2 lb bacon, diced, fried, and drained
Garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients (garlic powder to taste) and mix until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is best made a day ahead so that flavors can develop.

This can also be used as a stuffing for mushroom caps. Clean and de-stem the mushrooms. Fill the cap with cream cheese mixture and place in a chafing dish to heat. If heating in an oven, place in a greased pan or on a greased baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 350º until heated through.

Personal Notes:
I've made various cheese balls throughout the years but none was as well-received or requested like this one. Plus it's so easy!
