1 lb ground beef
48 oz can tomato juice
1 can tomato soup
salt to taste
1 small head of cabbage, outer leaves and tough stems removed, chopped
1 large onion, diced
4 or 5 carrots, diced
4 or 5 medium sized potatoes, peeled and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet. Drain off fat. Mix all ingredients in a large pan and cook until vegetables are tender.

No one made vegetable soup like our mom. It's a simple recipe but it tastes so good!
