Directions:
Directions:
Heat Soup to boiling and fill jars with 1 inch head space. Put on clean, hot lids. Screw hand tight.

Place canning rack on bottom of canner. Fill Canner halfway with water. Preheat 180º temperature. Place filled jars in canner. Water should be 1 inch above jar tops. Place the weight on the vent opening. Turn heat on highest setting till boils vigorously. When steam begins to escape from vent, and pressure of 11 pounds is reached, start the timer for 75 minutes. keep pressure at 11 pounds.
