1 lb. Polish Sausage
1 small onion (chopped)
2 C. celery
1 C. raw rice
2 T. worchestershire sauce
1 small can mushrooms
2 C. chicken broth
Cheddar or Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage; remove and put in casserole dish.
Saute onion & celery in drippings. Add broth, rice & mushrooms. Heat through and pour over sausage in casserole.
Bake 45 minutes covered in 350º oven ; uncover, top with grated cheese and bake about 15 minutes more.
You can also place under broiler to make the top a little "crisp", just don't burn the cheese.
