2/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 c. quick cooking oats

Topping
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla. Gradually add oats. Press into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 in baking pan. Bake at 400º for 12- 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. For topping, melt chips and peanut butter in microwave. Stir till blended. Spread over warm bars. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting.
