1 stick oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced apples
2 tsp. soda in 4 T. hot water

Beat sugar and oleo. Add 2 eggs and beat. Add Vanilla and soda. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Mix in apples lastē

This recipe does not say how long to bake or how hot of an oven! Maybe 350 degrees for 35-45 min.
