4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 pkg. red jello
box of yellow cake mix

Top:
1 cup water
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 pan Put 4 cups chopped rhubarb on bottom and sprinkle 1 cup sugar over. Next sprinkle 1 box red jello and 1 box yellow cake mix. Pat down smooth. Pour 1 cup water and 1/2 cup melted butter over the top. Put 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
