1 C. Chopped Onion
1 C. Chopped Celery
2 15 oz. cans Old El Paso Chili w/Beans
2 T. butter or margarine
1 16 oz Can Old El Paso Refried Beans
1 12 oz. Can Whole kernel corn, drained
1 8 oz. Jar Hot or Mild Taco Sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
10 Tortillas, torn
1 C. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar and/or jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter or margarine until tender but not brown; about 10 min. Stir in chili with beans, refried beans, corn, taco sauce and salt.
Arrange half the tortilla pieces in bottom of 13x9x2 inch baking dish; top with half the chili mixture; repeat layers.
Bake covered, in 350º oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top; return to oven to melt cheese, 2 to 3 minutes. ~ 8 Seervings
