1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin strips 1/2 in long and 1 inch thick
4 T oil
2 C beef broth
2 Carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium onion sliced
1/2 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t ginger
1 Large Green Pepper 1/2 inch strips
1 T Corn Starch
1/2 T Sugar
1 T Teriyaki
2 T Soy Sauce
Pepper
2 Medium Tomatoes cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 4 T oil to 375º and add steak strips and cook till brown. Add beef broth, carrots, onion, salt, garlic powder and ginger.
Heat till boil and reduce to 275º.
Add: Green Pepper, corn starch, sugar, Teriyaki, Soy Sauce and Pepper. Cook and stir constant till thicken and boil 1 minute. Place tomato wedges on meat and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve over hot rice.
