1 8 ounce package linguine pasta
1 T Olive oil
2 small Zucchini, 1/2 inch strips and/or Broccoli
Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Onion diced
1/8 t Red Pepper flakes
1 14.5 ounce crushed or diced tomato
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Can chicken broth
1/4 C White wine
2 T Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 T Parsley
1 t Basil
1 t Sugar
1/2 t Oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine or angel hair pasta, and cook for 9 to 13 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Heat 1/2 T oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté onion till translucent. Add the garlic and pepper flakes and saute about 1 minute. Mix in wine, 1 Cup chicken broth, lemon juice and simmer 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and remaining spices. Summer about 10 minutes.

In another pan heat 1/2 T olive oil and sauté Mushrooms and Zucchini and/or Broccoli till tender-crisp, about 3 - 4 minutes. Broccoli a little longer.

Add shrimp to broth mixture and cook about 3 minutes. Add vegetables to shrimp mixture. Mix remaining chicken broth with 1 T flour. Add the thickening to the shrimp mixture. Simmer till thickened then serve with pasta. Top with parmesan to taste.
