2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced
2 large bell peppers, thinly sliced
3 T chopped garlic
1 T olive oil
1 t. oregano or Italian seasoning
5-6 leaves fresh basil, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, garlic
1 box cherry tomatoes, halved
angel hair pasta,
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onions, peppers, and garlic in large skillet.
2. Add canned tomatoes, basil, and seasoning.
3. Simmer about 15 minutes (don't let it get too dry--add a bit of water if needed.)
4. In the meantime, cook the pasta and drain. Set aside.
5. Just before you want to eat, add the cherry tomatoes and cook until just heated, but not wilted.
6. Serve over cooked pasta, topped with Parmesan cheese.
