1/2 t Vanilla
1/4 t cream of Tartar
6 T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring egg whites to room temperature. Combine egg whites, vanilla and cream of tartar. Beat with mixer on medium for 1 min till soft peaks form (tips curl). Gradually add sugar, 1 T at a time, beating on high about 5 min till stiff glossy peaks. Immediately spread over pie
