4 chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.), diced
4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
2 T. butter
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 cup water
1 T. parsley
1 1/2 cup Minute rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown mushrooms and chicken in butter.
2. Stir in soup, water, parsley, dash pepper.
3. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
4. Stir in rice.
5. Simmer 10 minutes more, stirring, until liquid is absorbed.
