1 dozen. tortillas
4-oz. can green chills
1 medium onion, diced
2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can tomato juice
2 - 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced or shredded
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onions and chilis, add tomato juice.
2. Fry tortillas in Crisco and drain (should be soft.)
3. Line square casserole dish with tortillas; put a layer of chicken, a layer of cheeses, a layer of onion mixture.
4. Add 2 additional layers, ending with onion mixture.
5. Bake until bubbly (about 15-20 minutes).
6. Spread sour cream on top and serve.
