2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
4 T. mayonnaise
1/4 cup skim milk
3 packages frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, patted dry
1 can artichoke hearts, plain (not marinated), cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave and oven-proof dish with lid.
3. Heat in microwave a minute at a time, until all ingredients are easily mixed.
4. Once they are mixed, add the spinach and artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture. 5. Bake 50 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
6. Best served with good, mild sourdough bread.
