2 8-oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 T. Accent seasoning
1 jar dried beef, finely chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop dried beef into fine pieces (use food processor or chopper.)
2. With mixer, whip cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add Accent, green onions, and 1/4 of the finely chopped dried beef.
4. Place the remaining dried beef on a sheet of wax paper.
5. When cream cheese mixture is thoroughly mixed, shape into a ball and roll in the remaining dried beef until covered.
6. Store in container in refrigerator until use. Serve with Sociable crackers.
