2 lb. ground sausage
1 cup red wine & garlic vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
2 t. ginger
1 cup brown sugar
1 T. corn starch

SAUSAGE BALLS
1. Roll sausage into 1-inch balls and bake 30 minutes at 350º.
2. Cool and drop into sauce.

SAUCE
1. Combine all ingredients and heat in a saucepan.
2. Whisk occasionally to prevent lumping.
