Spare Ribs cut into cubes 2-3lbs
Water
Sliced carrots
Chopped onions
Chopped celery
Garlic chopped
Thin sliced bell peppers, I prefer red, yellow, and orange
Thin sliced ginger
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Steak sauce or any steak sauce
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
Pepper, onion powder, and paparika to your liking

Directions:
Season meat with onion powder, pepper, and paparika and brown the meat. Add water to cover meat and bring to boil with the lid on. Once it comes to a boil, add garlic and ginger. When the meat becomes tender add honey, and steak sauce. Stir and place cover. When the liquid has reduced add BBQ sauce and stir. Place onions, carrots, and celery. Stir and cover. Right before serving place bell peppers all over and stir.
