Soup Bone
2-2 12 Lb. Beef Cubes
2-1 lb. Pkg. Mixed Vegetables
1 Lg. Can Tomatoes
1 Head Cabbage
2 lg. Onions
2 Bay Leaves & Tyme
Celery & Diced Potato
Salt & Pepper
1/2 tsp. Rosemary & I/2 tsp. marjoram

Directions:
Directions:
Start 2 quarts of water in a large pot.
Dice up beef in small pieces
Dice up onion
Salt, pepper & spices
Cook 20 minutes until meat turns brown
Skim off foam on top
squeeze tomatoes with hand & drop in
put in mixed vegetables, cabbage, potatoes, celery
Let Cook 5-6 hours
