4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, chopped in small pieces
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup milk
2 cups blueberries

Streusel:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make the streusel and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Gradually cut/mix in the butter until you have a crumbly mixture. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla and milk. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry. Stir in blueberries. On a floured surface divide the dough into two balls. Flatten into circles about an inch thick and sprinkle on the streusel. Cut each circle in to 6 pieces, like you would a pizza. Bake at 425º for 15 - 20 minutes.
