2 lb. frozen cubed hash browns
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 teas. salt
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1/4 teas. pepper
TOPPING
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Break up frozen has browns in a bowl. Pour 1/2 c. melted margarine over and stir. In another bowl mix salt, pepper, soup, cheese, onion and sour cream. Mix together with hash browns and put in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with the topping mix, bake 1/12 hours at 350º.
