3-4 lb frying chicken, cut up
1/3 c seasoned flour
1/4 c butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 T grated onion
1 t salt
dash pepper
1T chopped parsley
1/8 t celery flakes
1 1/3 c water
1 1/3 c minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour an brown in butter. Remove chicken from skillet. Stir in soup, seasoning and water into drippings. Cook and stir until boils. Spread uncooked minute rice in 1 3/4 quart casserole. Pour all but 1/3 of soup mixture over rice. Stir to moisten. Top with chicken. Then add the rest of the soup mixture. Bake covered at 375º for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
