Salt water
Garlic

Pepper
Meat of choice sliced thinly.

Directions:
Soak meat in salt water 1/2 hour. Drain and pat dry. Lay strips on foil on cookie sheets, season with salt, pepper and garlic . Bake in oven at 200º about 5-7 hours. Turn meat at the last 2 hours of baking. Refrigerate or freeze.
