3 lb. pork spareribs OR 2 doz. meatballs
1/2 c. water
1 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3-4 T. cornstarch
2 T. Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
1 c. thinly sliced green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork OR meatballs. Drain fat. Drain pineapple saving the juice. Combine juice with brown sugar, water and cornstarch. Add vinegar, soy sauce and salt to this pineapple syrup. Cook onions, pineapple and green peppers over low heat until tender. Pour over meat and serve with rice.
