1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cream of tartar
4 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter, powdered sugar and oil. Add eggs. Mixing in all other ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on to cookie sheets. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
