2 c. ground raw cranberries
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar ( 1 1/2 c. for a more tart taste)
1 c.whipped cream
1/2 lb. bag of miniature marshmallows
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cranberries, pineapple and sugar and chill overnight. Add whipped cream and 1/2 lb. marshmallows with a dash of salt. Mix well and chill. This makes a large bowl, but it lasts!

Mom made this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It makes a great salad or replaces the traditional cranberry sauce with turkey. Makes a large quantity.
