1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 teas. soda
1 teas. baking soda
1 teas. cinnamon
1/2 teas. salt
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 teas. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together: flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add alternately to creamed mixture pumpkin, vanilla, chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12-14 minutes.

A 29 oz. can of pumpkin will triple this recipe. Just triple all the ingredients. Good moist cookies.
