2 1/2 C Sifted All-Purpose Flour
1 t Salt
2/3 C Crisco

Directions:
Mix sifted flour and and salt and place in fridge Measure the Crisco and place it in fridge. After an hour, cut Crisco into flour and salt. Make some ice water using a scant 1/3 - 1/2 - 3/4 C ice water. Pour a little at a time into the flour mixture. Fluff the mixture with your fingers. Don't smash it. When enough moisture put a little water on cabinet and a piece of wax paper. Put dough on wax paper and put a second piece of wax paper on dough. (Should be enough dough for strips too)
Roll dough out partially and use paper to smooth edges. continue to roll to 1/8 inch thick. Remove top layer of wax paper. Lift dough by picking up 1st piece of wax paper and place over pie pan. Press dough into place. Pull off wax paper and cut trim 1/2 inch edge pie and put in filling.
