9 Inch Pie crust
5 C Fresh sliced Peaches
1 C Sugar
1/3 C Butter
1/3 C Flour
1 Egg
1/2 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 inch pie pan with the pastry. Fill with fresh sliced peaches.
In a small bowl, add sugar and butter and mix. Add Flour, egg and vanilla and mix. Spread the mixture over the peaches. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
