9 inch single pie crust
5 C Peeled fresh sliced peaches
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 C All Purpose Flour
Dash Nutmeg
1 Egg
2 T Heavy Whipping Cream
Topping:
1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 t Cinnamon
3 T Cold Butter
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry. Trim pastry to 1/2 inch and flute. In large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, flour and nutmeg. In a small bowl, whisk egg and cream. Pour over peaches. Place in crust and bake at 375º for 35 minutes.
For topping, small bowl combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut butter till crumbly. Sprinkle topping over outer edges of pie, leave center uncovered. Bake 15 - 20 min, cover edges with foil to prevent browning. Serve with whip cream.
