1 T/15mL cumin seeds,
1 T/15 mL Coriander seed,
1 T/15 mL Peppercorns,
1 tsp/5 mL Fennel seed,
1 tsp/5 mL Mustard seed,
½ tsp/5 mL whole cloves,
1 tsp/5 mL dried pepper flakes,
2 T/30 mL ground turmeric.

Directions:

Heat spices 2 min in frying pan
Grind spices to a fine powder.
Use immediately or store for one month in cool, dry place.
