5 c. Rhubarb
4 c. Sugar
1 pkg. Cherry Jell-O

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Rhubarb into fine bits. Simmer Rhubarb with 1 c. Sugar until broken down. Add rest of Sugar; bring to a fast boil for 2 minutes. Add Jell-O just before removing from burner. Stir. Seal

Cherry pie filling may be added. Also could substitute with any flavour of Jell-O.
